All information is intended solely for informational purposes. Musentra does not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, or professional advisory services. Users must independently verify any information before making business or financial decisions.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Musentra is not intended for use by minors without parental or guardian supervision where required by local law.

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, algorithms, content structure, design elements, logos, trademarks, data organization, and AI-generated summaries — are owned by or licensed to DroomMusic. Users may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service without prior written consent from DroomMusic. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Musentra may reference or summarize information originating from publicly available third-party sources. All third-party trademarks, brand names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Musentra does not claim ownership of third-party content and does not guarantee the accuracy of external sources.
Users agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, interfere with system security or integrity, use automated tools or bots to extract information, republish Musentra content without authorization, or misrepresent Musentra content as original reporting. DroomMusic reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if these rules are violated.

DroomMusic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published within the Service. Continued use of Musentra after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which DroomMusic operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
